The Axiom Canine HD Genotyping Array also includes new functional variants that are available on the Applied Biosystems™ Axiom™ Canine Genotyping Array Set A, as well as newly discovered intergenic variants (long noncoding RNA and miRNA) for a more comprehensive view.
