Designed in collaboration with the Canine Consortium, this new solution includes markers from existing catalog arrays, such as breed-specific markers and functional variants to make comparison to historical data simple and seamless. The Axiom Canine HD Genotyping Array also includes new functional variants that are available on the Applied Biosystems™ Axiom™ Canine Genotyping Array Set A, as well as newly discovered intergenic variants (long noncoding RNA and miRNA) for a more comprehensive view.
